What is the First Call Forum?
"word of mouth·powered by the speed of the Internet"

First Call Forum is an e-mail list serv for human service providers.

First Call Forum is an instant communications tool for people in helping professions and those looking to provide help to community members. Someone working with a client with a special need can send one e-mail to communicate that need, and everyone registered on the list serv receives it.  Anyone who thinks they can help may respond to the inquiry.

In addition, this e-mail system can be used to share important agency announcements, seek or offer donations, and announce job openings.

The list serv is moderated by First Call For Help for clarity and to avoid requests for services that can be met by existing agencies and programs. All thatâs needed to join the list serv is an e-mail address.

One hundred and sixty-five people have joined the First Call Forum and that number is growing every day!
